These 3 Modules will teach you highly effective, triathlon specific core routines.
Modules 1 & 2

Routine 1: 10 min | Routine 2: 15 min

These routines use body-weight exercises only. Module 1 is appropriate for all triathletes. Module 2 is a more advanced version of module 1.

Module 3

Routine 3: 10 min

This is an advanced routine. It also requires the use of some equipment (Swiss ball and Therabands).
